Boarding For Breast Cancer(BBC) celebrated it's third annual music / snowboarding benefit festival on April 18, 1998 at Sierra At Tahoe Resort, CA.
This year, Boarding For Breast Cancer's fund
raising efforts exceeded $112,000.
Over the past three years Boarding For Breast Cancer has raised over $237,000 for the cause.

Over 4,000 people attended the third annual festival.
Celebrity event host Kennedy from MTV kept the huge crowd entertained in between live performances by the Foo Fighters, Moby, Royal Crown Revue, and Supersuckers.
Leigh Coates, sponsored by Arbor and Switch, going off the BIG AIR.
Other event highlights included halfpipe and big air exhibitions by top professional snowboarders including Olympic bronze medalist Shannon Dunn, Tina Basich, and Michelle Taggart.
Top pros in halfpipe were Jon Kramer(Generics/Blax) and Meg Pugh (Smith, DaKine).
In the big air top pros were
Cameron Beck (Elan) and Tina Basich (Sims).
Top amateur men and women in halfpipe were Dustin Singler (Palmer) and Melanie Armantrout (Morrow).
Funds are raised from ticket sales, sponsors, product sales, on-site raffle and donations .
