Boil up some water in a pot deep enough to put in the tomatoe ..
but remember that they kinda float around ...
Then - when it's boiling ...
take a sharp knife and slit the skin a tich
here .. there ..
(they'll like peal up so you can grab 'em later ..)
and drop 'em in the water
maybe 1 or two at time for ONLY 2 MIN MAX ..
ya just want to nail the skin!!
so scoop 'em out quick if it's curling!
