GAZPACHO - (As iN Liquid SALAD)

GAZPACHO is really cool for summer
‘cause it’s got like ZERO calories and you eat it REAL COLD
and it’ll do this weird thing in your mouth,
after it’s like left over night or more,
kinda like cotton candy except this is really liquid salad . .
( yeah - I’m making sense...?)

Anyway - This has a real long list of stuff to get together -
but once ya got it all - all ya do is dump it all into a blender
and then blend the living #@#%!! out of it!

Chill it REAL good - best if over night - then put it into “CHILLED” bowls and sprinkle with chopped fine cukes, or peppers, or red onions or croutons or squeeze lemon or nothing . . .

Vegetables!

GAZPACHO OLE`

  • 5 slices of white toast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 5 + cloves of garlic (I love garlic!)
  • 2 shallots (nice if ya gott’em )
  • 1 white onion
  • 5 Tomatoes (Peeled and seedless)
    if ya don’t know how to peel a tomatoe CLICK HERE
  • 2 Cucumbers (Peeled and seedless) this one’s easy
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2/3 large can of Tomatoe juice
  • Some Black and cayanne pepper (As in shakes)
