PEACH COBBLER

Maybe one of the easiest SUMMER DESSERTS I ever heard of!

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 2 1 lbs. can of PEACHES

Put Peaches in a Lowish/ shallow (but not a cookie sheet!) casserole / lazagna (?) type pan

Combine all of the dry stuff first - ya know - the flour, sugar, and powder

Then add the egg and Pour (is not exactly the right word - more like “SPRINKLE SPRED”) this crumby stuff over the peaches.

Pour the melted butter on top of the “Crumby Stuff”

Bake in a PREHEATED 350 degrees oven for about 35-45 minutes

and the top turns nice golden toasty brownish.

It’s REAL GOOD with ICE CREAM!
